Everything About Ultimate Nutrition Whey Protein Review

Ultimate Nutrition brand was established in the year 1979. It was created with the goal of manufacturing sports goods of high quality, carefully researched at affordable prices. In modern times, with a wide variety of sports nutrition products, Ultimate Nutrition Whey Protein continues to delight customers with outstanding results and taste. Proteins make up one of them.

Ultimate Nutrition Nutritional Value

There are 120 calories, 25 grams of protein, 2 grams of carbohydrates (1 gram of sugar and no fiber), and 1 gram of fat in one serving. So, it’s certainly on par with the above-mentioned rivals in that it’s low calorie, low carb, and low fat-in fact, it has more protein and fewer carbs than Gold Standard.

It is a whey mix, so whey extract, whey concentrate, and whey peptides, often referred to as hydrolyzed whey, are the first ingredients. For proteins like Gold Standard, Ghost, and MyProtein’s The Whey, this is a comparatively prevalent break. Every form of whey has its own advantages: isolate, concentrate, and peptides, but many people prefer the more costly whey isolate because it is the lowest in calories, carbs, and fat. So it’s good to see that in Prostar, it’s the first kind of protein.

Then, to improve mixability, there is chocolate, sodium chloride (that’s all salt), the chemical sweeteners sucralose and potassium acesulfame, natural and artificial flavors, and soy lecithin.

Benefits and Effectiveness

The macro split is fine, particularly for the low price, and it is a potential “any time” shake if you don’t mind that there are little fiber and no fat to hinder digestion. This is a very flexible protein powder.

The list of ingredients is basic and there is not much to think about, but it includes soy in the form of lecithin and sucralose and acesulfame potassium sweeteners.

In general, these three ingredients are known as healthy and virtually all of Prostar’s rivals include them in this price bracket.

I tried the taste of the Chocolate Crème, and wow. It was really, really sweet, more sweet than chocolatey, with a splash of cocoa making my milk taste like cream. I love cream, so I was really pleasantly pleased, but it’s not at all the dark, earthy chocolate taste that some people prefer. It’s a cream flavor with chocolate undertones, first and foremost. It’s quite decadent with milk and very tasty with water while having such a fatty taste with a watery texture feels a little weird.
